1. Written Estimates & In-Home Surveys
Interstate carriers must provide a written estimate and perform either a physical or virtual in-home visual inspection for homes within 50 miles of the mover's terminal.
2. The 110% Non-Binding Delivery Rule
On non-binding estimates, movers cannot withhold delivery of your goods if you pay 110% of the estimated amount (with remaining balances invoiced after 30 days).
3. Mandatory Dispute Arbitration
